Introducing The Navigator’s Pivot

At some point in every professional journey, progress alone stops being enough. The familiar map no longer explains the terrain. Decisions feel heavier. Direction less certain. And yet, nothing may be visibly "wrong". Drawing on decades of lived experience across over 20 countries and ancient seafaring wisdom, this book offers a calm, grounded approach to work-life transitions in the international ecosystem across four work-domain (policy, business, research and creative practice). It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about learning to navigate uncertainty with clarity, integrity, and trust in the navigator within.
